As your therapist, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you process things that may be difficult to face alone. I pull from a background working in mental health settings, K-12 and higher education, and group facilitation spaces, helping people navigate life’s challenges.
I have worked with clients managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, interpersonal conflict, career changes, and more, with a focus on supporting those in the Black and brown, immigrant, and LGBTQ+ communities.
