Why do we Train?
In today’s evolving professional landscape, organizations are recognizing that employee well-being isn’t just a benefit — it’s a business imperative. At Full Being Services, we partner with organizations that are ready to move beyond traditional wellness models and embrace a collective approach to team health, leadership, and purpose-driven culture.
Our trainings support teams in fostering environments where individuals thrive — not just in performance, but in purpose, connection, and sustainability.
Designed with intention and responsiveness, our trainings invite professionals, organizations, corporate teams, and community members into spaces of reflection, growth, and actionable learning. Whether you're a mental health practitioner, educator, community leader, or wellness advocate, our trainings are grounded in experience-based and evidence-based practices, enriched by lived experiences. We don’t just inform—we co-create.
Training Philosophy
We approach learning as a collaborative and embodied process. Our sessions integrate:
Culturally responsive frameworks that honor the lived experiences of a wide range of communities and peoples.
Somatic and trauma-informed practices to support sustainability and resilience.
Coaching and consultation rooted in purpose discovery, to foster alignment between personal values and professional mission.
Philosophy Continued
Participants walk away not only with knowledge—but with tools they can integrate, strategies they can apply, and insight that deepens their capacity to serve others while honoring themselves.
Through facilitated experiences, we help teams:
Build emotional intelligence and psychological safety
Recognize and prevent burnout, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma
Embrace cultural responsiveness and inclusive leadership
Align individual values with team and company missions
Integrate wellness practices that are practical, trauma-informed, and holistic
These aren’t just skill-building sessions — they’re experiences that shift culture from the inside out.
Core Curriculum for Childhood Trauma (CCCT)
The CCCT is an experiential learning tool that engages learners in a small-group setting to discuss and reason their way through detailed case studies. The Curriculum uses a highly interactive problem-based approach to help learners acquire trauma-informed knowledge and skills in critical reasoning, judgment, and decision-making. Instead of scripted lessons, the Curriculum contains a variety of elements designed to be flexibly incorporated by trained facilitators to achieve specific learning objectives. Additionally, there’s evidence that the Curriculum helps participants better understand and implement Evidenced-Based Treatments
Training Packages
Depending on the need, Full Being Services can provide a workshop series on a designated topic or theme. By scheduling an initial consultation, we can assess the strengths and needs of your organization or program, collaborate with you on a plan to address it, and follow-up through consultation to problem solve and reinforce your progress.
Why Full Being Services?
We combine clinical expertise, public health knowledge, lived experience, and coaching acumen to deliver dynamic, reflective, and results-driven trainings. Our facilitators know how to hold space — while driving transformation. Your team will leave with not just insight, but tangible tools and renewed energy for collective success.
